Oh, shift! Teen workshop led by empowerment coach, Keith Senzer. Based on the book by Jen Powers, this interactive 6 week workshop helps teens become more confident, build self-awareness and learn how to take control of their actions/reactions. Open to teens in middle school.

TSVF sponsors free training for Youth Mental Health First Aid which is a nationwide program designed to teach adults how to identify and assist youth who may be experiencing a mental health crisis. This is a great tool for anyone who needs assistance from our professionals.

We encourage educators like teachers, administrators, and school counselors, psychologists and social workers, to apply to receive a free Peace of Mind mental wellness kit. These kits contain tools both for personal use to help educators practice mindfulness, and for professional use with students.
